Acquires Dr. Lucy's

January 7, 2016 - Chicago, IL - LaSalle Capital ("LaSalle") is pleased to announce that its portfolio company Westminster Cracker Company ("Westminster" or the "Company"), has acquired Dr. Lucy's, LLC ("Lucy's"), another LaSalle portfolio company. The acquisition of Lucy's expands Westminster's product line to include allergen-free cookies and treats and gives the Company gluten-free baking capabilities.

Westminster, founded in 1828 and based in Rutland, Vermont, is a leading manufacturer of super premium, all-natural oyster and snack cracker products. Westminster's products are served across the country in leading restaurants and other foodservice establishments and sold through retail channels under the Westminster and Olde Cape Cod brands. Westminster acquired Gold Pure Food Products in August 2015, adding all-natural sauces and condiments to its product portfolio.
