LaSalle Capital and MetaSource Acquire Orion Financial Group

February 1, 2017 – Chicago, IL – LaSalle Capital and its portfolio company, MetaSource, are pleased to announce the acquisition of Orion Financial Group (“Orion” or the “Company”). Based in Dallas, TX, Orion provides real estate document recording services, including mortgage assignments, lien releases, and document retrieval services to mortgage servicers, investors, credit unions, and lenders. The acquisition of Orion broadens MetaSource’s service offering focused on mortgage quality control, compliance advisory, and technology-enabled workflow services. Orion represents LaSalle Capital’s fourth add-on investment to the MetaSource platform.
